A highly competitive game was end to end throughout the first half Lucas Brandon made some good saves in goal for Rangers.
Alfie Mitchell and Brandon Harbon forcing the Mackworth keeper action.
Dillon Rose and Will Hazeldine were resolute in defence with Gage Strange and Harry Scothern battling in midfield.
The game entered the second half at 0-0, Mackworth scored from a corner,and I Brandon was busy on goal.
Ben Gutteridge and Alfie Hounslow went close for Rangers but Mackworth keeper was excellent.
